I started Courageous Authenticity and Growth with a simple goal in mind: to encourage and aid you to grow into your authentic self. I know how hard it can be to find the right fit in the therapeutic relationship. Let's see if we can build that together. 

At Courageous Authenticity and Growth, I believe that building a strong and supportive community is key to your success. That's why I've created a space that puts people first, and fosters a sense of belonging and connection.

I have built a therapy practice designed to make your experience at Courageous Authenticity and Growth as enjoyable and engaging as possible. Currently we are tele health, in the state of Missouri, only. I do not work with persons under 18 at this time.
