You may have never been to therapy. Maybe you have not found a therapist or a counselor you vibe with yet. I have also been down that path. I want to start building a therapeutic relationship that is authentic and accepting. There is only one you in this world. I want to help that light within you shine. The world needs more light and that starts with you. 

Whether you are just now finding yourself or dealing with the normal anxiety inducing burdens of life, I can help process it all with you. You are unique and deserve peace of mind in an otherwise hectic world.

The whole world is a complicated place with complex emotions. When you add grief into your life, it can get a whole lot more complicated and complex. Lets work on acceptance and moving forward with grief together. 

Sometimes it's a new job. Sometimes it's a move. Sometimes its a marriage...or a baby...or a divorce. We all go through life transitions that we find challenging for one million reasons. I am here to help with that when it's time to reset.

I understand that when you have an addiction, your brain sometimes cannot stay away from the intrusive thoughts that come with that. You will need a village to get through this. I'd like to help you discover your sober community.
